Liverpool has announced the transfer of Florian Wirtz for 136 million euros including bonuses. Sport24.az reports that Wirtz, in a statement to the club's press service, noted the following:
"I am very happy and proud. I waited a long time for this moment, and finally it happened, I am really happy. I am very happy because a new adventure awaits me. This was the main point when making this decision, I wanted to try something completely different, it was my dream to leave the Bundesliga and move to the Premier League.
We will see how I can show myself there. I hope I will do my best. I also spoke to some footballers who played there, and they told me that this place is ideal for me. I am looking forward to my first match."
