Former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has assessed the current situation at the club under the leadership of Ruben Amorim.
Idman.Biz reports that Alex Ferguson managed the club from 1986-2013.
"He (Amorim) is a good person. These things are not simple. I remember my time, the time when Liverpool was at the top. They were a fantastic club, they won the Champions Cup four times and so on, but then it took 31 years to win the league again.
We are in the same situation now. It may take ten or eleven years; it's a cycle.
We need to think carefully about everything and make sure our transfer policy is better than before," Ferguson said.
