"We have completed our cooperation with "Imishli". There were verbal offers from other clubs. However, one offer was more serious. We met and talked with the management, but we could not agree. That is why I am currently in a waiting position". These words were said by Farid Namazov, the former head coach of "Imishli", in his statement to Sport24.az.
The specialist, who wants to get a PRO category, also spoke about his trip to Slovakia:
"Our trip to Slovakia regarding the PRO license was interesting. We watched the final stage of the European Championship organized among football players under 21 years old. We were in different cities. The games were held in 4 groups. Each coach watched three games and analyzed them. We were divided into groups and went to the games with the instructors. But we were there only during the group stage. Then we finished our work. This was just one module of the PRO license. Others will take place in the coming months".
It should be noted that Namazov worked as a coach in clubs such as "Sabail", "Garabagh" during his career, and most recently as a coach in the Azerbaijan U-19 team and also as an instructor in AFFA and UEFA license courses.
