According to "Report", this was stated by Faiq Garayev, the head coach of the Azerbaijani women's volleyball team.
He shared his thoughts at the 1st Forum of Coaches:
"Perhaps if the head coach was not Azerbaijani, we would not love the team so much. We have played countless games under the Azerbaijani flag in the last 40 years. Coaching is an honorable job."
