I have seen many of Luis's games, first at "Sol De America" and then at "Ameliano." I have always liked his playing style. He is a skilled football player, good in one-on-one situations. He has powerful and accurate shots with his left foot. His weakest point may be in defense.
- Can Ortiz become the new star of "Neftchi"? What did you talk to him about "Neftchi" and what advice did you give him?

Player adaptation is very important. When I came to Azerbaijan, my biggest chance was that there were players like Flavinho and Rodriguinho in the team. They helped me adapt quickly. God willing, Luis will also pass the adaptation period quickly with the help of his teammates.

- It's very difficult. Because currently, players from very strong leagues are invited to the Paraguayan national team. Julio Enciso, Diego Gomes play in the English Premier League. Players are also invited to the national team from strong leagues such as Argentina, Brazil, and Italy.
