It is still unknown which team Azerbaijani national team footballer Emil Mustafayev will start the new season with. However, it has been clarified that he will not stay at "Polessye" in the new season.
Mustafayev, who is not in the camp of his club, is looking for a new team for himself.
Idman.biz reports that the 23-year-old football player, who gave an interview to Apasport.az, shared his views on the new season.
He said that he started the season's training camp in "Polessye": "But later the management told me that I have to find a new club for myself. I have received offers from several teams and negotiations are ongoing. I am considering all the offers, but there is no concrete decision yet. I am in a waiting position, we will see how it goes."
It should be noted that the contract of the national team midfielder with "Polessye" is valid until June 30, 2027. He played on loan for "Chernomorets" after the winter break in the 2024/2025 season.
