"Today's game will be quite tough and difficult." These words were said to Sport24.az by the former football player of "Qarabag", Elvin Yunuszade.
The defender, who plays for "Karvan-Yevlax", spoke about the match that the Azerbaijani representative will play against "Chelsea" today in the UEFA Champions League.
"Chelsea" has been one of the top teams in the world. There have always been star players in its squad. An interesting match awaits us. "Qarabag"'s job will be really difficult. But I think that our representative already proves with its game that it can win a point or points from any top team."
Yunuszade also recalled the meeting in 2017 when he played against the London club in the squad of "the bay horses":
"I remember the match against this opponent in 2017 like yesterday. It was a completely different level. There was a different tempo on the field. All of us, every football fan, are waiting for another interesting meeting today. I wish "Qarabag" success. I hope the team will make us happy again. We are looking forward to this match with excitement."
