"Neftchi" has completed its second transfer today.

The capital club has transferred Elvin Badalov, a member of the Azerbaijan national team. A 2-year contract has been signed with the 30-year-old defender. Badalov, a graduate of the Russian club "Zenit" (St. Petersburg), defended the honor of our team in 2014-2017.
His last club was "Sumgayit" (2019-2025).
It should be noted that Elvin Badalov appeared in 33 matches in the 2024/2025 season of the Azerbaijan Premier League and scored 3 goals.
