Elmar Bakhshiyev: We are searching for positions that we need to strengthen

"Of course, it is more convenient to work with a football player you know. Because you are familiar with his abilities, his character, and his personality. Since that football player has played here, he knows the teams and does not have difficulty in terms of living and adapting. But the recipe for success is not just that. This is one of the factors that affects it. To succeed, you have to believe, show character, fight to the end on the field, be able to unite in difficult days, execute what is given, and draw conclusions when you lose. There is no specific recipe or path to success."

Idman.biz reports with reference to Sportal.az that this was said by Elmar Bakhshiyev, the head coach of "Araz-Nakhchivan".

The experienced specialist answered the question about the team's composition as follows: "Even though the football players are on vacation, the coaching staff continues its work. We are searching. We watch and research several football players every day. We want the football players we invite to be stronger and help us both in the Premier League and in European Cups, and lead the team to success. Such football players are both difficult to find and it is necessary to agree on the price. It is necessary to convince them to come to our country. There are positions that we need to strengthen. Searches are underway in that direction. We have to build the team in such a way that we can progress as far as possible in the competitions we will participate in."

Bakhshiyev said where he will host his new season rivals: "We will hold our European Cup games at the "Liv Bona Dea Arena". We will probably start the championship here as well. It is possible that renovation work will begin at the Nakhchivan city stadium. Whenever our arena is ready, we will be happy to welcome our rivals there. Playing in our home arena will give us extra strength. Because there will be thousands of fans supporting us in the stands. But at the moment it is not possible to hold games there."

It should be noted that "Araz-Nakhchivan" will perform in the UEFA Conference League for the first time in its history.
