– Is 1 point gained in the match against "Sumgayit" enough?
– We knew the game would be tough. In my opinion, both we and the opponent deserved a draw in this game.
– When you entered the field, you immediately became the author of your team's only goal. Did Aykhan Abbasov give you a goal assignment, or did you just take advantage of the opportunity?
– In general, a player who comes on as a substitute should strengthen the game. Frankly, there was no such assignment. The opportunity came, and I took advantage of it.
– How do you assess your team's results at the start of the season? What do you think about the level of the championship in general?
– The level is stronger and more interesting than last year. We didn't have a bad start to the season. I hope we will enjoy more points and victories in future games. We have a good team, we believe in ourselves.
– You are considered one of the young and promising football players. Have you received offers from abroad or other clubs? Do you have any plans to live as a legionnaire in the near future?
– There have been several offers. I don't want to leave Azerbaijan as a legionnaire and play for any team. I think bigger and my ambitions are different. I want to work on myself and achieve them.
– Last season can be considered successful for you - you shined as a football player. So, what kind of work are you doing to improve yourself this season and what criticisms do you hear from Aykhan Abbasov?
– I have weaknesses and strengths. The most important thing among them is stability. It comes as a result of experience and working on myself. I always analyze myself, and Aykhan muellim helps me to eliminate them by pointing out my weaknesses.
– "Shamakhi" is known for giving chances to young football players. Despite the lack of a legionnaire limit this season, this policy continues. How do these factors affect your development?
– I think I am in a very good place for my development.
– As a member of the U-21 national team, how are you preparing for the games against Portugal and Bulgaria?
– We will work to the maximum to emerge victorious from these two matches. The main thing is to trust ourselves and fight.
– What kind of information do you have about these opponents and how do you assess your chances?
– The national team's training camp has not started yet. We will analyze and get to know our opponents more closely at the training camp.
– As a football player, what are your goals at the beginning of the season?
– My main goal is stability. I want to help my team with a lot of goals and assists.
