Georgina Rodriguez has shared how Cristiano Ronaldo spends a typical day when he doesn't have club training - and it's all about discipline and body control.
According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, Ronaldo wakes up at 6 am, exercises immediately and drinks plenty of water - he believes he should start the day with a "strong and healthy body."
Then comes ninety minutes of rest, breakfast (fruit, cheese and eggs) and a return to the gym.

Cristiano trains for two hours lifting weights, then rests.
In the afternoon, he spends time with family and friends.
But even before going to bed, Ronaldo doesn't shy away from activity: he goes swimming, considering the pool to be the perfect workout before a night's rest.
