– The referee made wrong decisions during the match. But it is difficult to say that there was bias in this. He showed yellow cards to most of our team members. Despite everything, we won. That's the main thing. God willing, the return match will be a success.
– What are your expectations from the return match with "Aris"? Will you be able to maintain the advantage of the first game in Greece?
– I think the second match will be more difficult. The result recorded in the game in Baku is such that we do not have a big advantage. Therefore, instead of protecting the score, we will need to continue our game.
– You have been forming a defensive tandem with Igor Ribeyro for a long time. Won't his departure to "Neftchi" disappoint you?
– We would like Igor to stay in the team. But there are some things that are beyond our control.
– Which of the new transfers do you think has strengthened the team the most?
– Our new transfers have adapted to the team and are trying to be useful. I would say that everyone is doing their best.
– Is the current "Araz-Nakhchivan" strong enough to compete for the championship in the new season of the Premier League?
– I don't think it's time to talk about it. Currently, we have focused all our attention on the return match with "Aris". We want to pass the stage. We will think about the championship later.
