"D" category coaching courses were held at the Neftchala Olympic Sports Complex within the framework of the UEFA "HatTrick" program with the organization of AFFA. Sport24.az reports that 25 physical education teachers from general education institutions operating in the Neftchala region were involved in the course. The main purpose of the training was to increase the knowledge and skills of participants in the field of mass football, and to promote the application of modern approaches when working with children and adolescents. On the opening day of the course, Farrukh Ismayilov, head of the AFFA Mass Football Department, and Orkhan Mikayilli, the department's leading specialist, met with the participants and provided detailed information about the content and objectives of the program, and wished them success.
The trainings were conducted by Ilham Azizadeh, instructor of AFFA coaching courses, and Farrukh Ismayilov. During the course, theoretical knowledge on "Basic principles in mass football", "Training methods", "Coach behavior" and other relevant topics were presented. The sessions were accompanied by interactive discussions, allowing a comparative analysis of different approaches.
The second day was organized with theoretical and practical parts, and the participants actively participated in the trainings held on the field, directly applying the methods presented by the trainers.
At the end of the course, the participants were given relevant licenses. The licenses were presented to the participants by Farrukh Ismayilov and Ilham Azizadeh.
It should be noted that such initiatives are important in terms of increasing the popularity of football in the regions, as well as contributing to the development of football in schools.
