"Como" president Mirvan Suvarso spoke about the future prospects of head coach Cesc Fabregas. The club president gave a statement to "Sportitalia" regarding this:
"We must have a succession plan - not just for the coach, but for all functionaries. I even have a candidate to replace me already. We are all working and nurturing people who can take our place in all positions - from the CEO to the staff. This is, of course, very important. Cesc is not just a coach, he is also a shareholder and a man who shapes the club's philosophy. Therefore, if he leaves one day, we must prepare someone to replace him."
It should be noted that the 38-year-old coach has attracted the interest of top clubs after his successful performance in Italy. Although the Spaniard was considered a replacement for Simone Inzaghi at "Inter" in the summer, he decided to stay. He is expected to receive new offers from big clubs in the near future.
