Turkey's "Fenerbahçe" club failed to defeat "Benfica" in Portugal. As the first match in Istanbul ended in a goalless draw, "Fenerbahçe" stopped competing.
"Brugge" defeated Scotland's "Rangers" 6:0 in Belgium, while "Copenhagen" defeated Switzerland's "Basel" 2:0 in Denmark.
