Tottenham Hotspur has announced on its social media page the transfer of 24-year-old winger Brennan Johnson to Crystal Palace.
Idman.Biz reports that journalist Fabrizio Romano had previously reported that the Eagles would pay £33.5 million (€38.5 million) for the winger.
"The 24-year-old Welsh footballer's name will be forever etched in our history as the author of the winning goal in last season's UEFA Europa League final. His goal was the only goal in our victory over Manchester United in Bilbao.
We thank Brennan for his contribution and wish him success in the future," the London club said in a statement.
Johnson has been playing for Tottenham since September 2023. During this time, the attacker has played 106 games in all competitions, scored 27 goals and provided 18 assists. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is 35 million euros.
