Barcelona's sporting director Deco has stated that the club does not intend to be active in the winter transfer market. Sport24.az reports that the functionary made a statement to the Cadena Ser portal about this:
"We did everything we wanted and could do in the summer "transfer window". Many players need time to get back in line. We have no plans to add new players to our squad in the winter."
It should be noted that Barcelona is currently in second place in the Spanish Championship after 9 games with 22 points. Real Madrid is at the top with 24 points. The "El Clasico" will take place between these teams in the next round.
