The process regarding the presidential elections at the Spanish club "Barcelona" is entering an official stage.
Idman.Biz reports that a meeting of the club's board of directors will be held on January 23, and the meeting will be chaired by President Joan Laporta.
It is at this meeting that the exact date of the 2026 presidential elections will be announced.
According to reports, a preliminary agreement has already been reached within the club, and the presidential elections are planned to be held on Sunday, March 22, 2026.
"Barcelona" will officially announce this decision to the public at an extraordinary general meeting to be held on February 7-8. At the same meeting, the Catalan club will also approve a new sponsorship agreement for the back of the team's jersey and extend its partnership with Spotify.
