Barcelona's head coach Hansi Flick's contract runs until June 2027.
According to Idman.Biz, the German coach had previously stated that he did not want to sign a long-term contract and would therefore delay making a decision on extending the contract.
At Barcelona, everyone wants the German coach to remain as head coach for as long as possible. Despite not wanting to change coaches in the near future, the club is looking for candidates to replace Flick.
According to Diario Sport, the main candidates are Luis Enrique, currently at PSG, and Mikel Arteta, currently at Arsenal.
It is worth remembering that Enrique already managed Barcelona from 2014 to 2017. Arteta played for the club from 1999 to 2000.
