The Spanish club "Barcelona" is actively searching the transfer market for a replacement for Inigo Martinez, who left the team in the summer.
Idman.Biz reports that the management has focused on five players for the position of central defender who is left-footed and has high passing qualities.
According to sources close to the matter, the club's shortlist includes the following players:
- Nico Schlotterbeck – "Borussia Dortmund"
- Gonçalo Inácio – "Sporting"
- Marc Guehi – "Crystal Palace"
- Thilel Tati (Tillel Tati) – "Nantes"
- Dayot Upamecano – "Bayern".
According to reports, Schlotterbeck's market value is more than 40 million euros (79 million AZN). Inacio's contract contains a special clause of 60 million euros (118.8 million AZN).
It should be noted that the contracts of Guehi and Upamecano with their clubs expire in the summer of 2026.
