Georgia, Iran, Turkey, and Russia, neighboring countries of Azerbaijan, had the right to vote for the "Ballon d'Or 2025."
According to Idman.biz, Georgian journalist Vakhtang Bzikadze chose Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for first place, Ousmane Dembélé for second place, and Lamin Yamal for third place. Russian representative Konstantin Kleschev voted for Dembélé in first place, Yamal in second place, and Gianluigi Donnarumma in third place.
In Iran, Siamak Rahmani gave first place to Yamal, second place to Raphinha, and third place to Dembélé. Turkish journalist Fatih Doğan chose Vinicius Junior, Rodri, and Hakan Çalhanoğlu.
Thus, Lamin Yamal and Ousmane Dembélé were particularly notable in the voting of the region's countries, as they were in the top 3 of several countries.
It should be noted that Azerbaijan did not participate in the voting this time because our country is not in FIFA's top 100 ranking.
