Azer Hashimov: Playing against "Qarabag" is a motivation, even if we lost, we fought until the end

I congratulate "Qarabag" on qualifying for the league stage of the Champions League. This is our third game playing against them. After each meeting, we analyze our game and try to improve. I also thank the fans who came from Yevlakh to support us. They don't leave us alone. Everyone knows that "Qarabag" is very strong. We fought hard. We had two goal opportunities in the first half. - We talked to the players before the game. Playing against "Qarabag" itself is a motivation for the players. "Qarabag" is the pride of Azerbaijan. Every player wants to play better against "Qarabag" and show himself in a good light. We instill in our players that there is no need to shy away from any opponent. You need to treat your opponent with respect, but names don't matter, the team matters. Even though we lost, the kids fought until the end.

- You have already played three games in the Premier League. Have the goals changed?

- Our idea is still to stay in the Premier League and strive to be better. After the first game, I also said that we will not easily lose to any team. Because we also see the players' approach to work. As coaches, we analyze the games. We are trying to get better and form a good team. We want our team to play fighting, combative football and make our fans happy.
