Azer Hashimov, the new head coach of "Karvan", will do his best for the club to participate permanently in the Premier League.
The 40-year-old specialist himself told "Report" about this.
Speaking about his appointment to the Yevlakh representative, he announced the team's goals:
"I hope everything will be fine. The main thing is the selection work, that the players are of high quality and that the team takes a good place in the Premier League. We continue our transfer efforts. The arrival of legionnaires and local players will continue. But I can't name specific names. Because we have to wait for official information for everything to be at a professional level".
A. Hashimov said that he was invited by the club's former head coach, current vice-president Kenan Karimov:
"I thank him for entrusting me with this responsible position. It is very good to trust young specialists. We have seen positive examples of this in Azerbaijani football in recent years. I will try to do my best in my coaching career. The marathon is long. I hope that we will move forward on this difficult road with the support of the fans. After many years, the team qualified for the Premier League. We have no right to send the team back to the lower league. Football is loved in Yevlakh. "Karvan" is a team that made history in Azerbaijan by passing the stage for the first time in the UEFA Cup".
