– It was a difficult opponent, a tough game. We controlled the ball, but we couldn't score. On the contrary, they scored against us, and after that, we couldn't do anything anymore. Frankly, we also had few opportunities in terms of creating scoring chances.

– How is 3 points in 2 games as a result?

– After 3 rounds (one match was postponed – ed.), 3 points is not so good in terms of result, but it is still the beginning of the championship. We will prepare well for the next games and try to increase our point reserve.

– Will it be possible to make the most of the national break?

– I will go to the national team. This also creates certain difficulties because it is impossible to prepare together with the team.

– You have been invited to the national team's training camp with Ukraine and Iceland. Your thoughts on these opponents are also interesting.

– Of course, the head coach believed in me and sent an invitation. I will also try my best to be useful to my team. I want to help the national team.

– You are a player of Ukrainian origin. How much do you know about the national team of this country?

– Honestly, I know some players. But this is football. During the training camp, our head coach will analyze the opponents more closely. I can only say that for now.

– How did "Sabah"'s early exit from the European Cups affect you psychologically?

– It was psychologically difficult for us. Because we wanted to continue our performances in the European Cups, but it didn't work out. We will look ahead.

– Your first test after the break is against "Neftchi". Your meetings with this opponent are always dynamic. What motivation will you prepare with?

– Yes, we will prepare for this game after the national team's training camp. Now we have a 3-day rest, after which we will start training. The head coach will determine what the preparation plan will be.

– How has the joining of new teams to the championship affected the overall level?

– I think the overall level has increased. Now there are many good teams, and I think this season the championship will be more interesting.
