Liverpool forward Aleksander Isak has made a post on his social media account after foot surgery.
Idman.Biz reports that the Swedish striker suffered an ankle injury in the Premier League game against Tottenham, which ended in a 2-1 victory.
The Athletic newspaper reported that he would not be able to play for several months.
"Disappointed to be out for a while. Time to heal and get support now. I will work hard to come back as soon as possible. Thank you to the Reds and everyone for the kind messages; they haven't gone unnoticed!", - Isak wrote.
The Swedish striker joined Liverpool in the last transfer window. Isak has played in 16 games for the Mersisayd club, scoring three goals and providing one assist.
