The date of the draw ceremony for the 2026 FIFA World Cup has been announced.
Idman.biz reports that US President Donald Trump spoke about this during his speech at the White House.
He announced that the ceremony will be held on December 5 at the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington.
Today, FIFA President Gianni Infantino met with the US President at the White House. Trump said that the World Cup is a big and quite important event.
Infantino said that the draw will be broadcast live all over the world and will be watched by approximately one billion viewers.
It should be noted that the USA, Canada and Mexico will host the 2026 World Cup. The Mundial will last from June 11 to July 19.
