The winners of the 3rd stage of the Junior Basketball League in 3x3 basketball have been determined.
İdman.biz reports that the "Sports Academy 2" team became the champion in the competition held on May 15-16 at the Baku Sports Palace.
In the final match of the stage, they faced the "Khazar University 2" team. The game ended with a score of 17:10 victory for "Sports Academy 2". 8 teams will participate in the final stage of the league.
Varid Aghasizade, a member of the Sports Academy, was selected as the most valuable basketball player (MVP) of the final game. The winning team was presented with awards by Nicat Mirzayev, an employee of the Azerbaijan Basketball Federation (ABF) and the organizer of the tournament.
It should be noted that the main team of the "Sports Academy" won in the first two stages of the league.
