Golfer Tiger Woods is in second place ($2.88 billion), and Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo is in third place ($2.52 billion).
The first "five" also includes basketball player LeBron James ($2.03 billion) and Argentine footballer Lionel Messi ($1.99 billion).
