"We played our best game of the season in the championship." According to Sport24.az, this was stated by Tahir Bakhshiyev, the head coach of the NTD basketball club, after the match with "Nakhchivan" in the Azerbaijan championship.

He said that today's victory was very important for his team: "Nakhchivan" is a strong team. They are in second place in the tournament table. But we really needed this victory. The kids only played to win. The first half was difficult, the score changed frequently. But in the third period, the kids played very well in defense. This was important for us. We were able to win. I was satisfied with the quality of the game. But the team still only meets 60 percent of my requirements. We will still improve. Right now, every game is important for us."

The expert recalled that they had a bad start to the championship: "Fortunately, there are still many games ahead. There is a cup game ahead and the legionnaire limit is different here. There must be at least two local players in the squad. We have almost never played in this lineup. I don't know if Murad Babayev will be able to help us. But we have young players. I think we can show a good game against "Lankaran".
