Anar Sariyev, the head coach of "Serhedchi" team, explained the reasons for their defeat to "Quba" (76:98) in the 1st round of the Azerbaijan Basketball League.
"Report" informs that the specialist made a statement to the club's press service about this.
He said that they faced some problems:
"I was expecting such a game. Because we didn't have any preparation matches or anything else in these 20 days. Some of our players also arrived late. There were certain difficulties, and it was normal for team members not to understand each other."
Anar Sariyev stated that he did not like the inability of local players to use the balls under the basket and take rebounds:
"I think we will fix all these problems and show good results in the next games."
