The "Owls" have signed a 2+1 year contract with the 17-year-old player, who is 210 cm tall.
It should be noted that Huseyn Qaflanov, with the support of the Azerbaijan Basketball Federation, trained for a while in the "NBA School" located in Vilnius, Lithuania, under the guidance of professional coaches. He also studied at the Southern California Academy in the USA for a year.
