İdman.Biz reports that the basketball player, whose shoe came off during the game, took it in his hand and tried to prevent the opponent from shooting. As a result, the referees assessed this episode as a violation and gave him a technical foul.
Interestingly, Alex Caruso had previously been penalized for a similar action, but apparently Nembhard did not learn from this.
