Azerbaijani international referee Ruslan Khaligov has been appointed for the first time in his career to a 1/4 final stage game of the European Championship Division A among girls under 16 years old.
This was reported to "Report" by the Azerbaijan Basketball Federation.
The representative of justice will referee the Spain-France match to be held today in Pitești, Romania.
The match will start at 14:00 Baku time.
