Rimas Kurtinaitis, the head coach of "Sabah", assessed the victory over "Neftchi" in the second match of the final series of the Azerbaijan Basketball League.
"Report" reports that the Lithuanian specialist emphasized in his statement to the club's press service that the opponent was fighting with full force.
He said that physical preparation played a key role in the victory:
"The opponent fought with full force this time as in the first game. I think that physical preparation played a key role in our victory. Although we are happy about the victory, this game is already in the past. We need to think about the next game. We made mistakes in rebounds. Overall, mistakes are part of the game. Nevertheless, I am both happy and grateful to our players for showing character."
It should be noted that in the second match of the final series, "Sabah" defeated "Neftchi" with a score of 86:77.
