The Azerbaijani women's basketball team played its next match in the qualifying round of the European Championship, which will be held in 2027. Sport24.az reports that the team, coached by Evren Alkaya, faced the Ukrainian national team in Baku.
The match, which took place at the Baku Sports Hall, ended with a 73:55 victory for the opposing team.
It should be reminded that the Azerbaijani team had previously lost two matches to Bulgaria (48:141, 40:120), Montenegro (62:104, 35:94), and also Ukraine (34:98) in the qualifying round of EURO-2027.
