The groups and schedule have been determined for the Baku stage of the 3x3 Women's Series in basketball.
Idman.biz reports that 16 teams will participate in the competition to be held on May 26-27.
The 6 participants with the lowest ranking will compete in the qualifying stage. The winners of the two groups will join 10 teams in the next round.
Qualifying stage
Group A: Madagascar, Italy, Romania
Group B: Kazakhstan, "Roma", Egypt
Group stage
Group A: Netherlands, "Prague", Azerbaijan
Group B: China, "Takasaki", Chile
Group C: Thailand, Latvia, A1 in qualification
Group D: Austria, Philippines, B1 in qualification
The Azerbaijani national team will face the Netherlands and "Prague" in Group A. Our team will play its group matches on May 26.
