Our Basketball Team with a New Head Coach

A new appointment has been made to the Azerbaijani national basketball team.

Idman.biz reports that Erhan Toker, the head coach of the "Absheron" basketball club, will work in our national team.

Azerbaijan's U-16 national team consisting of boys has been entrusted to the Turkish specialist. He will also perform the functions of the head coach in the national team.

Note that Toker's first test with the U-16 national team will be the European Championship Division C. In the competition to be held in Albania on July 5-13, the team will compete in Group B with San Marino, Andorra, Luxembourg and Gibraltar.
