According to Idman.Biz, this was stated by the head coach of "Nakhchivan", Nikola Bozinoski, in his statement to the club's press service.
The specialist shared his thoughts on the match (116:99) they won in the VII round of the Azerbaijan Basketball League:
"The opponent performed very well in the first period. We also fought well. Although we didn't perform very confidently in defense in the first half, we showed a good game in the end. In the first half, we couldn't organize fast attacks because the opponent dominated in rebounds. Then we managed to take the lead. Then we fought superiorly in both attack and defense. In particular, our local players showed good performance. I see them as one of the main contributors to this victory. We will analyze our mistakes and try not to repeat them in the next matches".
