The experienced specialist shared his thoughts on the FIBA Europe Cup main stage game in which they defeated "Absheron Lions":
"I congratulate our entire team and fans on the victory. Starting from defense, we tried to slow down the pace of the game. It wasn't so successful for us towards the end. Stefan Kenic had just returned from injury and played the match at a good level. In the beginning, we made a lot of mistakes, but later we eliminated these errors. It is very important for Azerbaijani clubs to be represented in the FIBA Europe Cup tournament. This also shows that Azerbaijani basketball is on the right track."
It should be noted that the match "Absheron Lions" - "Neftchi" ended with the victory of the latter with a score of 104:86.
