26-year-old Slovenian star point guard Luka Dončić, who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA), has bought the former home of five-time Grand Slam champion and former world number one Russian tennis player Maria Sharapova.

The house in Manhattan Beach South Bay was sold for $25 million. The property covers a large area and has five bedrooms. The house was designed by KAA Design in Los Angeles and was completed in 2015, three years after Sharapova purchased the oceanfront land. The modern residence features stunning concrete walls, expansive glass panels, numerous outdoor fireplaces and a magnificent garden overlooking stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.
