NBA legend LeBron James has praised his son Bronny James' progress with the Los Angeles Lakers.
İdman.Biz reports that the NBA veteran noted that he is combining the roles of father and team leader, but emphasized that his son must find his own path.
"It's amazing to see him use the experience he gained in the G-League last season, gain confidence in the Summer League, and now earn his time to play in the NBA. That's what being in the league is all about. In practices and games, I am one of the team leaders. But we also have personal time where I can share my observations. I can give him a plan, but he has to build his own path and overcome challenges," James said in a new episode of the "Mind the Game" podcast.
LeBron also noted that Bronny playing 18 minutes in two Lakers victories earlier this month, and then 19 minutes later, is a clear sign of his progress.
