We used this break to recover and analyze the work done. We think that the break had a positive effect on us. We better understood our strengths and identified the points we need to work on.
- The team is currently preparing for the upcoming game against "Sabah". How is the preparation process going and what is the atmosphere within the team?
The preparation process is going according to plan. Both the coaching staff and the players know exactly what is required. The mood in the team is high and our goal is only to win.
- This season has not been successful for NTD so far. How do you think the situation can be changed?
We believe that we can change the situation. For this, it is important for everyone to unite around a goal and do their job to the maximum extent.
- The team is also waiting for the Azerbaijan Cup games. NTD is the current cup holder. Does winning the cup again seem like a realistic goal?
We see ourselves as the cup holder again. It won't be easy, but we will fight to the end. Our goal is to reach the top.
- How would you assess the overall level of the Azerbaijan Basketball League? Has it met your expectations?
The level of play in the ABL is quite high and I think it will increase even more in the future. When I came to this league, I knew that every team would fight to the end and I didn't see anyone as weak. I want to prove myself here.
