Kevin Durant blames Bob Myers for the hard salary cap

Houston Rockets forward Kevin Durant, 36, a two-time NBA champion, spoke about who he thinks is to blame for the implementation of the hard salary cap.

"If we're looking for someone to blame, I'm picking Bob Myers," Durant said.

Idman.biz reports that Bob Myers was the general manager of the Golden State Warriors.

Earlier, former basketball player Charles Barkley stated that the star players themselves are to blame for the introduction of the hard salary cap rule.
