Houston Rockets' star forward Kevin Durant has entered NBA history as the highest-earning player in his career.
According to Idman.Biz, insider Shams Charania reported this on social media.
According to Charania, this happened after Durant agreed to a two-year, $90 million contract extension with the Texas club. After that, his total earnings reached $598.2 million.
With this, Durant surpasses Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James, who currently has $583.9 million in earnings in the NBA.
Durant joined Houston in the current off-season after a trade involving seven clubs from the Phoenix Suns.
Let us remind you that Kevin is a two-time NBA champion as part of the Golden State Warriors. He was selected by Seattle with the second overall pick in the 2007 NBA draft.
