Idman.Biz reports that in the qualifying stage of "EuroBasket-2029", in the match that ended with a victory against the Irish national team, our national team's forward Jabrayil Akbarov was remembered for his accurate long-range shot from almost the center of the court.
The episode occurred in the middle of the second half during the final seconds of one of the Azerbaijani team's attacks.
Such accurate shots often cause discouragement to the opposing team. That moment became one of the turning points of the match: the Azerbaijani national team, which was behind in the game, equalized the score, and then won the second period with a score of 23:16.
