Harsh reaction from the head coach of "Nakhchivan" BC to the referees' management

"We fought until the end. We just lost in the end."

Idman.Biz reports that this was said by Shahriyar Asgarov, the head coach of the "Quba" basketball club, after the match with "Nakhchivan".

"Quba", which faced "Nakhchivan" in the B group match, lost with a score of 70:82.

"Again, the problem is the weakness of the reserve bench, the lack of a tall player. In the middle of the third quarter and in the fourth quarter, the players seemed to have lost their condition. I congratulate "Nakhchivan". They played very strongly against us. It seems that they learned from the cup game. What can I say to my players? They played and that's all we could do. It is impossible to win such games with 6-7 basketball players. We will prepare for the next matches. We continue to fight. Let's see how it goes in the end," Asgarov said.

Nikola Bozinoski, the head coach of "Nakhchivan" BC, was seriously dissatisfied with the refereeing in the game against "Quba".

"First of all, I congratulate my team on the victory. I would especially like to say that in some moments the referees tried to get ahead of the game. I have never seen such referees and such management in my life. They performed very badly. I hope they will watch this game again themselves. As for the victory, my team performed well. They did everything I told them. We will focus on the next match," said the head coach.
