The 1/4 final match of the 2025 European Basketball Championship between the national teams of Lithuania and Greece has ended.
Idman.biz reports that Greek basketball players won a confident victory in the game with a score of 87:76.
The most productive player of the winning team was forward Giannis Antetokounmpo. He stood out with 25 points, 4 rebounds and 1 assist. Jonas Valanciunas showed the best performance in the Lithuanian national team. He scored 24 points, 15 rebounds and one assist.
In the semi-finals of the competition, the Greeks will face the Turks, who previously defeated the Polish national team.
The 2025 European Basketball Championship started on August 27. The competition is held in four countries: Cyprus, Finland, Poland and Latvia and will end on September 14. The Russian team is not participating in the tournament.
