Melih Mahmutoğlu, the captain of the Fenerbahçe basketball club, has had his driving license revoked.
According to "Report", citing Türkinform, this was due to the athlete driving under the influence of alcohol.
During the inspection, it was revealed that the experienced basketball player had consumed excessive alcohol, and his vehicle was temporarily removed from traffic. In addition, M. Mahmutoğlu was also issued an administrative fine.
The club has not issued a statement regarding the matter, and it has been reported that an evaluation regarding disciplinary proceedings is expected in the coming days.
