The specialist shared his thoughts on the FIBA Europe Cup main stage game in Baku, where they lost to "Trefl":
"We prepared well for the game. Although we didn't start the match as we wanted, we later improved our game. We made simple mistakes in defense. We were playing against a very strong team. We tried to show them that we are not a weak opponent. I think we succeeded to some extent. During the match, they took a chance "three" 2-3 times. On the other hand, simple mistakes prevented our victory. The opponent has national team players in their squad."
It should be noted that the "Absheron Lions" - "Trefl" game ended with a 99:96 victory for the guests.
