These words were said by Elshad Shirzadov, a basketball player of the Azerbaijani national team, while talking about the game against the Irish national team in the preliminary qualifying round of the European Championship (EuroBasket 2029).
He stated that they will do their best to win.
"Everything is in our hands. All players should only think about leaving the field with a victory. This match is a very serious test for us. We are only thinking about winning," he said in a statement to AZERTAC.
The national team member said that two new players have been brought into the opponent's squad:
"But it doesn't matter that much to us. We have our own game plan. We want to implement it on the field and achieve a successful result".
